🏠 General Interior Preparation

• Turn on all lights and replace any burnt bulbs

• Open shutters, blinds, and curtains to welcome natural light

• Tuck away electrical cords, wires, and chargers

• Remove personal photos, calendars, and everyday clutter

• Clean all surfaces, windows, floors, and mirrors

• Take up rugs or mats that may hide attractive flooring

• Secure or remove pets from the property

• Turn off all ceiling fans and televisions

• Remove all pet-related items (bowls, beds, food)

🛋️ Living Room & Lounge

• Fluff pillows and arrange cushions neatly

• Clear and tidy coffee tables and side tables

• Organize bookshelves and hide remotes and magazines

• Store away children’s toys and pet accessories

🍽️ Kitchen & Dining Area

• Clear worktops of dishes, soaps, and sponges

• Remove bins, cleaning supplies, and fridge magnets

• Set the dining table attractively—or leave it clean and bare
