Located in the heart of the most desirable residential area of Vilamoura, it is close to all amenities. As soon as you enter the property, you can see the golf course. From the entrance hall the kitchen and living areas are on the left and the sleeping quarters on the right. Turning right, you pass a crisp white social bathroom with a shower on the left and further along the corridor are the 2 bedrooms on the left side and a family bathroom and a study on the right.

The family bathroom is very spacious and modern in tones of grey and faux marble, letting plenty of natural light in through two generous windows. It has both a bathtub and a double shower with a waterfall in the middle, giving you that spa energising and revitalising feeling. At the end of the corridor, there is the master en-suite bedroom, beautifully decorated to create tranquility and retreat. The bedroom is spacious and has one large window and large window doors to a patio with stunning golf views. It is serviced by a bathroom with a double shower covered in shimmering copper tiles. The master bedroom has a walk in dressing room, separated by a large sliding door.

Before you reach the lounge, a white staircase with a unique balustrade takes you upstairs to the other en-suite bedroom. This bedroom has a large white and silver bathroom with a shower, plenty of wardrobes and a big terrace with breath-taking green views over the garden, pool and golf. The garden is established and well manicured with tall leafy bushes all around, increasing the privacy and making you feel these views are just for you.

The salt water swimming pool has dark sparkling tiles, giving a rainbow effect in the sun and attracts the heat much faster. It has installed a light system that can be changed to different moods and colours and it also has heating pre-installation. With underfloor heating throughout the property, a large modern glass fireplace, air-conditioning, solar system and insulation, this house has all it needs to be a happy home.

Vilamoura

Vilamoura is situated 20 minutes from Faro Airport in the central area of the Algarve. The large marina area of Vilamoura is widely recognised as the central hub of activity for the town.
