Born in Braşov, Romania, Mihaela has called Portugal home for the past 17 years — long enough to know the Algarve not just as a place to live, but as a place to love.

Her career in real estate spans more than a decade, preceded by a long and varied background in tourism. That foundation gave her something many agents lack: a genuine understanding of what it means to welcome people somewhere new, and to make them feel at ease in unfamiliar territory.

Rather than settling into a single specialism, Mihaela made a point of working across every area of the business — from valuations and listings through to negotiations and completions.
